Our evaluation assignments are mainly focused in three areas as described in the three cases summarized below

Boards

To ensure adequate composition and skills. Identify areas of improvement, board dynamics and interactivity structure. Advise on role and performance of the various committees, CEO evaluation and succession planning.

Strategic alignement and Future

Following a series of acquisitions a holding company was preparing to become an integrated group with the objective to be a leader in the luxury goods universe. But who are the leaders of these acquired companies? How to position them? How to properly conduct a process of integration? What are their motivations? What is their potential? Their strengths?…. To find responses to these questions one hundred and twenty top executives of the various entities were identified to be part of a set of interviews and case studies. The result was a successful executive committe as well as a good platform of knowledge of the group top management human capital.

Succession planning

In a company under LBO the CEO decide not to participate in the next LBO. We were invited to prepare a succession plan to include internal and external candidates in order to find a successor able to attract and convince a new investor .
